All we need from you is to choose the type of the subscription, the size of the bouquet and to input your delivery details including your address, the preferred delivery day and your contact details.

I will be away from home for some time. What will happen with my flower subscription?
Please inform us in advance about the days you will be away, so that we can skip these specific weeks and reschedule your flower delivery for the days that you are back home.
Can I cancel my flower subscription any time I want?
There is no commitment with our subscriptions, so you can cancel at any time. If you have paid up-front, you will be refunded for the number of deliveries you didn’t receive.
Am I able to set up a subscription as a gift?
Certainly! We will just need the choice of flowers and the recipient details including the full name, the phone number and the delivery address.
Can I change my choice of flowers?
Yes, it is possible. However, we advise you to inform us about it in advance - at least 72 hours before your next charge date.
